PL lab

Our photoluminescence lab is located within the MSZof the Faculty of Natural Sciences.

We are specialized on the investigation of semiconductors in the ultraviolet. To excite high gap semiconductors we employ a wide range of laser sources with wavelengths of 405nm, 325nm, 266nm, and 193nm. Measurements can be performed between T=4.2K and room temperature, a very high-resolution detection system is available. The setup is designed for flexibility: If you want something special, we can usually build it in a very short time.
